Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 May 2026

This policy explains how Livingwell Care Limited (“we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal information when you contact us or make an enquiry through this website, and the rights you have under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who we are

Livingwell Care Limited is the data controller for the information you provide. You can contact us about your data on 0121 444 6047 or in writing to our office at 301 Vicarage Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, West Midlands, B14 7NE. [ICO registration number to be confirmed.]

What we collect

When you submit our enquiry form, we may collect:

  • Your name and contact details (email, phone) and preferred contact method;
  • Who the care is for and, if you provide it, their name;
  • The type of care or support needed, how often and when, and the area/postcode;
  • How the care might be funded, and any message you write to us.

Some of this — for example the type of care needed — can reveal information about health. This is special category data, which the law gives extra protection. We only ask for what helps us respond well, and we gather fuller details later as part of a proper care assessment.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a call or assessment, and provide the care you ask about. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give by ticking the box on the form), and for any health-related details, your explicit consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it where necessary with trusted providers that help us run our service (for example our email and IT providers), and where we are required to by law. Our enquiry form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects some device and usage data to tell humans from bots; this is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where you go on to receive care, in line with our care records retention obligations. If you do not proceed, we delete enquiry details when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Ask us to correct or delete it;
  • Restrict or object to how we use it;
  • Withdraw consent at any time;
  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
To make a data access or deletion request, call us on 0121 444 6047 or write to us. We will respond within one month, as the law requires.

Security & changes

We take appropriate measures to keep your information secure. We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows when it last changed.

This policy is provided for transparency and should be reviewed by the business to confirm company registration, office address, ICO registration and retention periods before being relied upon.
